Welcome to Brew96!

By subscribing to our coffee subscription service or using our website (www.brew96.co.uk), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Plans and Commitments

​

1.1 Subscription Options:


We offer the following subscription plans:

​

  • 2 Bags per Month:

    • 3-Month Subscription: £25.99 per month (plus P&P)

    • 6-Month Subscription: £23.99 per month (plus P&P)

​

  • 3 Bags per Month:

    • 3-Month Subscription: £32.99 per month (plus P&P)

    • 6-Month Subscription: £29.99 per month (plus P&P)

1.2 Commitment Duration:
By subscribing to a plan, you commit to the full duration of the selected subscription (3 or 6 months). Early cancellation is not permitted, and the full payment for the chosen duration is required.

 

1.3 Payment Terms:
Payments are processed monthly at the start of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Brew 96 to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount each month.

2. Delivery and Shipping

​

2.1 Shipping Schedule:
Subscription boxes are dispatched monthly. You will receive a notification once your box has been shipped.

​

2.2 Delivery Issues:
If we are unable to deliver a month's subscription box due to courier errors or supply issues, we will issue a full refund for that month's box.

3. Supplier Responsibility

​

3.1 Roaster Partnerships:
Brew 96 collaborates with various UK-based coffee roasters to provide a diverse selection of coffee beans. Each month, we feature different roasters to showcase their unique offerings.

 

3.2 Bean Quality and Safety:
Our partner roasters are solely responsible for the quality and condition of the coffee beans they supply. This includes ensuring the beans are free from contamination and meet all applicable health and safety standards.

3.3 Liability Disclaimer:
Brew 96 is not liable for any issues arising from the condition of the beans, including but not limited to contamination or quality concerns. Any such issues should be addressed directly with the respective roaster.

4. Returns and Refunds

​

4.1 Return Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

4.2 Refunds:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5. Modifications to Terms

​

Brew96 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

​

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
